Good for the price and location - This is definitely an older building and not a luxury condo, but the benefit is that the rent is cheaper and the building feels more solid. I never heard my neighbors, which was amazing. Check which way your apartment faces - the courtyard is quiet but it doesn't get a lot of sun.
