You are right by both Cathedral and Woodley Park metros. The building is old, but that is part of the charm. It's OK for a starter apt. but look eslewhere - I totally agree with one the previous posting. The area is extermely nosiy and busy, no matter the time of year. I have been living on property for nearly two years and have been looking for a new apartment since year two.
