Quiet, conveniently located and well-maintained From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/14/2004 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004   Very reasonably priced high-rise in Washington DC, conveniently located near Adams Morgan and Dupont Circle. Apartments are well-soundproofed. I've lived there since 1999, and I must say the management has done a great job upgrading common areas along with new windows, balcony doors and air conditioning units that are much stronger than when I first moved in. From the outside, the building may not be much to look at (it screams early 1960s), but any apartment over the 6th floor will most likely have a stunning view of either the city or Meridian Hill Park (and that's what really matters, if you ask me!) Parking in neighborhood sucks but spaces are available to rent as well. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
