I have loved living here at 2112 New Hampshire. I've lived here since April and have had no complaints about my choice. The building has just completed upgrades to the entry system, a new lobby, freshly paved/painted parking lot, and improvements to the shrubs/grounds. Apartment employees and leasing office personnel are professional, friendly, and care about the building. The grounds and interior are clean and well maintained, and I've found maintenance issues are always quickly resolved.
The location can't be beat. From here you're a 10 min walk to the U St metro, 15 min to Dupont, and within easy reach of Adams Morgan. As previous ratings have said, the views in the apartments are great. On one side lovely Meridian Hill Park with its waterfall, the other a direct view south into DC. There's also a rooftop patio to see above it all.
There are no negatives about the individual apartments themselves either. The kitchen features garbage disposal and a dishwasher along with the other basics. Individually controlled heating/AC, but you do have wait for the building to switch it from heat/AC. Plenty of room, plenty of closet space. I've never had a problem with noise from neighbors, street traffic/noise is normal and has also never been an issue. There's also a laundry room on every floor, which is a big plus from having to go all the way to the basement.
