I've really liked living here. If you luck out and can get an apt with a view, go for it. The "view" is actually Malcolm X (aka Meridian Hill) Park -striking both in summer and winter. Like in any building there are good and bad things about the bldg but in my opinion the good do outweigh the bad. Garage/parking lot is not very expensive and VERY convenient (the worst is driving around the occasional service vehicle).
