We heard from neighbors that there are bed bugs in this building!! My partner and I are out of there now, we bought a place. This is disgusting and management has not had any kind of meeting or even a memo to inform us even though there has been known infestation of a couple guys' apartments for months'! Except for a note under our door about mandatory inspection. People are frightened and do not trust this residence.

My partner and I just moved a few weeks ago as I said but good luck - and stay away from this place. They have bed bugs and they lie.

It's true that we did have an issue with an apartment that had bed bugs. When this happened management took a very proactive approach to this problem. We inspected all apartments on the floor below and above the floor in which this problem existed. We did this as we are aware of how these pests can spread. The tenants in the apartment that was affected were very cooperative with us and the extermination company in order to resolve this situation. The bed bugs in the apartment that was affected have completely been erricated and other tenants of the building have been cooperative as well in preparing for inspections. The residents of the building have thanked us for our approach to this situation.
