Location good. Rats, not so much. - I lived in Hampton House for three years, and the experience was just OK. The only reason I stayed as long as I did was because my rent (for a 1BR apartment) was great ($1,000 to start, $1,200 at the end). Found an even better deal and bolted ASAP. An Interesting Experience - I have lived in this apartment building for almost 2 and a half years, and I am currently getting ready to move out.
