This building looks nice, but is made from the cheapest material possible. Everything breaks -- constantly. And they do not fix them. Very noisy building, unresponsive management. Not a good place to live. We're out of here when our lease

This building has been a total nightmare. It is inhabited almost exclusively by students and corporate apartments, so management doesn't care about people with long-term (i.e. 1 year plus) leases. All of our appliances have broken, and the windows leak so we have gotten mold. The noise from the street is unbearable. And maintanence and management are unresponsive.
This building looks good, but they used very cheap materials. For example, the doors inside the apartments are hollow and so light that when you open one door, several others open just from the breeze caused by it.

It sounds like they have some problems. I've lived in a lot of new buildings though and there are more problems in a new building then in an older one. I think this person needs to take a deep breath and move out.
