For the price you would expect a lot more. Everything inside is made from the cheapest materials they could find. The laminate peels off the cupboards and drawers, the paint on the walls rubs off with a touch, and the doors (as the first person said) are useless as far as noise goes. I also agree 100% with the statements about the people that live here. Many times we have been woken up at 4:00 a.m. by loud drunk college students in the hallway... during the week, not just the weekends! Talking to management is pointless... we've never gotten a response to anything we've brought to their attention. And as a bonus, they keep the trash bins in the building so on top of the smell, you can occasionally see rats! I will say that every single one of the front desk people have been very friendly and helpful, but management doesn't listen to them either so they are limited in what they can do for you. Bottom line: find another building!
