I lived at 2400 M for almost a year and it's a beautiful building, great location, and friendly staff. But, they used the cheapest material and took way too many short cuts in building the place: the dishwasher flooded into the living room, the air conditioner leaked through the walls, broken faucets, leaking toilette, broken door handles. Maintence is not too reliable, they'd show up and then say, "sorry the parts to fix that are on order". I think they just couldn't keep up with the amount of repairs. Not to mention, the walls are paper thin; I could hear my neighbors sneeze and their tv, it's all too annoying.
you're paying big bucks for the neighborhood and the glossy kitchen but it doesn't work long term. Parking is 225/mo for one space!
Warning: there are tons of young college students who treat the building like it's a dormitory.
