Im young and i can afford it maybe when im in my mid thirties or forties and im out the game i wouldnt like this place. However, most of the noise that i have heard has come from the street. Yes, young people live here. The walls are thick and I rarely hear my neighbors and its even more surprising that they dont hear me as I have two dogs. However if you dont want street noise and the hustle and bustle of the city along with the young culture that often is attracted to such things dont rent here. And for those who say its overpriced, dont rent if you think its too much. Seriously, I pay for the convenience and approximation to where I work as well as the fun and entertainment that comes with living in the city. I have enough window space to propigate orchids, granite countertops, tile in the kitchen and bathroom, a 24 hour concierge with a security staff and onsite underground parking which is a convenience because the metro is two blocks away and national airport is a 15 dollar cab ride.
