I couldn't believe how unresponsive the office management was toward people who were paying premium rent. A constant problem which was both unsanitary and disgusting was the dog urine and feces left in the middle of the hall. Also, the vomit, beer thrown on the walls, and strains of drunken children running rampant through the halls. It is not worth the rent. When I talked to my next door neighbor, a college kid, I couldn't believe how cheap his rent was. The management is extremely aggressive and punitive, and the upkeep of the building is quite poor. The only time I saw the management increase the building upkeep was right before GWU registration when the parents were touring the building. I didn't know how little I was getting for so much until I moved to another newly constructed building, minus the students! If you are a student, this is the best dorm around, but if you are a working professional, move someplace where you won't ruin your Ferragamo shoes because someone "didn't curb their dog".
