Worst Management Staff Ever Encountered

The management staff of this building led by Michael Qualls, is one of the most unresponsive, inept, groups of people I have ever dealt with. As a two year resident I have had issues with everthing from trash pick up to repairs, to being overcharged and charged late fees that were not applicable.
Equity needs to get rid of Qualls if this building has ANY shot of becoming the community it should be for the premium location it is in.
