Amazing location, staff, maintenance, but low quality construction

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
Great maintenance, staff, etc. Feels like a dorm because of number of GW students. Thin and cheaply constructed walls and doors, but location and staff make up for everything. Very expensive.
