overpriced and undermanaged

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
The management is thoughtless and lacking work ethic. Although, a building manager is required in the office during normal business hours, this is not so at 2400 Penn. Often, packages are not properly received due to the absence of a building employee at the front desk.
