Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
 
Definitely not worth the price. They raise the rent on you every 3 months. Windows leak when it rains so mold sets into the carpets and stains the walls. And the building manager has some serious ATTITUDE. Oh, by the way, she lives on the top floor and often closes the rooftop deck for her own parties.
