I have never encountered such nasty management in my life. There used to be two individuals manning the desk, one very nasty, one very nice. The nice one left, and was replaced by a second nasty lady. So now, walking in and out of the building you literally have to endure nasty glances, every time you get a package, it's a pain in the butt to retrieve it (they sign for the packages and lock them behind the desk, then disappear for a few days, and come back and complain that you haven't picked up your package. Nasty look included free). This type of thing is constant. This morning, the day before Christmas (so everyone is at home sleeping in) they ran a fire alarm test at EIGHT in the morning, and DIDN'T TELL ANYONE! So the whole building is forced to get out of bed, get dressed, and get downstairs for no reason. Don't live here.
Although the maintenance man is great.
