Like others have stated when you come to look at the apartments Sandy the manager is nice to you. However, once you move in you realize is incompetent, rude, crude, uneducated, annoying, etc, etc, etc. Basically I find it difficult to stomach just looking at her anymore. The building is rather nice I think with the exception of it getting a bit hot in the summer. The packages are a problem too. They INSIST on signing for every piece of mail that comes through the door and then insist you pick it up within a day or so. Yet they work short short days. I am not quite sure how you can only having a leasing office open 9-5 M-F when that is the hours most people hold a job. They arent even there those hours. The apartments however are priced competetively with others in the area. Parking is way too high. The bums out front are unsightly but really not a big deal. There are a lot of ambulances but they are all over the city so whats the difference. Nice apartments but the managment needs to be FIRED!
