Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
 
I lived in those apartments for 2001-2004 and lived in 3 different apartments on different floors. The building is old but it's worth it for the location and roof top. The management is pretty bad and some of the older people in the building complain way to much for stuff. Oh ya it is way over priced for the sq. ft.
