Nice rooms, elevator is always broken, great location, management needs some serious customer service therapy. Sandra, if you are reading this, please quit your job, you are bad at it. Jeff, the service manager, you are the man! Other than Sandra, it was a good place to live.

I aggree 100%, the manager Sandra is horrible and selfish. She always has parties on the roof, is never there in the office, or is giving other tennants attitude. She also imbezzles money, I can tell. She's the main reason why I left that dump! Sandra, please quit!
