I have lived here before for over 5 years and I can honestly say this building is very old, built in 1947, and quite frankly is a safety hazard! The rooms are old and the appliances are even older! The water is always having problems since the pipes are ancient, and the kitchens belong in the 1950's: no dishwasher etc! There are nicer newer apts located down the street such as the Atlas and #1 washington Circle. The management of this building is very disgusting. The manager Sandra Walker is the most selfish, mean, and rudest person I have ever meet. She has roof parties all the time and is never in her office when a tennant needs something and she also has a huge ego and attitude! Sandra, do the world a favor and quit!
