I lived here 3 years! It's a great location, safe, and the best deal in the neighborhood. Close to metro, Georgetown, TRADER JOE's!! Great common roofdeck and some apartments have their own private roofdecks. FREE COFFEE weekday mornings! Staff is friendly and helpful, quick to respond to maintenance requests. Annual Holiday party is a good time!!
