It's a fine place to live

I can't believe some of these negative reviews! I've lived here almost three years and it's pretty much on par with/nicer than the other apartment buildings in the area (I have a lot of friends who live in Foggy Bottom dumps. 2400 is not a dump). The price is great and I've had no problems with the staff. On the contrary, living on the first floor I come into contact with Sandra, Jeff and Nicole a lot and they've always been really friendly and supportive. Free coffee, holiday parties, signing for packages...I don't really understand what people are complaining about. While it's true that My A/C did break last summer, it was fixed within 2 days and it worked perfectly since. Other than that, my experience with the place have been just fine. It's not the Ritz, but c'mon! I'm just saying as a GW grad student it fit my needs perfectly - I couldn't beat the location and the price.
