the management here has turned an otherwise pleasant and clean building into a living hell. the building used to be managed by two women where only one named sandra would be unreasonable to deal with. however since then they have let nicole go and a new woman vonny has taken her place and is aggressive, belittling, and condescending on top of just being a ----- like sandra. Vonny refuses to be polite and take blame for issues that are clearly a result of her inexperience on the job instead she attacks and blames the tenants and generally is aggresive and unpleasent to deal with. both women are generally rude and use words like "sweetie" and "hun" to sound condescending and talk down to tenants when they have complaints. On a good day they are discourteous to deal with however on a bad day each is simply a bullying -----. While sandra may have been difficult to deal with and lent a sour feeling to the building before, since Vonny has been hired i avoid the lobby all together. the attitude they have is inappropriate and comes off as a way to use harassment and bullying to cover up their own incompetence. there is no reason for their attitude and behavior and the owners of the building should quickly fire both. Vonny has been nothing but confrontational and abusive at every occasion ive had to deal with her while consistently failed to handle any of my issues correctly and only can properly complete anything be deferring to Sandra. Avoid this building at all costs they are the worst management ive ever encountered and their treatment of tenants is unethical and borders on harrasment and abuse. i hope the owners of the building take note and correct this because they are going to continue to lose tenants that leave this building simply to be rid of these two women that terrorize the lobby of this building, using their meager positions to go off on some power trip and make my life here hell. do not live here.

You are definitely right. The management is incredibly incompetent, and they use their "management" status as an excuse to bully residents. I can't fully express in words how bad management is at 2400.
