great location, okay building but terrible staffing issues

I moved into 2501 Porter in November of 2003, it seemed to be a decent place with a GREAT location. It was the most expensive property that I viewed, but thought it would be well worth the price due to the location. Some things annoyed me. As advertised, the property advertisement says it is a 'easy walk' to the metro. HELLO'' It is straight up a hill, and about 2 blocks. Doesnt really bother me because I am a younger man that runs 5 miles a day. But this should have given me the idea of the way the property was ran. I think the property has been through 4 Managers since I have been there. The front desk people change weekly. The current manager is not friendly, has no personality and has no clue on what is going on. The leasing consultant that they have is leaving (along with everyone that was good in the past that has left)sometime soon. I think the major problem with the property is the lack of management. Good people will make the building a good home. There are NO good people there now
