2501 Porter

Great location! Great Value! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/3/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I recently moved into an apartment at 2501 Porter and my experience has been phenomenal. The assistant community manager was very nice, helpful and accessible. All of my maintenance issues were dealt with within 24 hours or less. I have found the staff and my neighbors to be friendly. 2501 Porter is located approximately 2 blocks from Connecticut Avenue (Cleveland Park area). However, it is uphill. Other than that I think it is the perfect location.
