Overpriced

The location of 2501 Porter building is great as well as the pool\gym. The staff is nice and helpful too.
The main problem with this place is that they don't follow the rental market rates - rental costs increase by $100-$200 every year without any major upgrades. It'd better to move to one of the buildings between Cleveland Park and Van-Ness metro stations. Another issue is with the kitchen - the kitchens (as I saw in some apartments) are cheaply made and very old - almost disgusting. That's surprising, because from the outside, the building looks like a 5 stars hotel.
Please also note that you have to pay $500 non-refundable deposit $125 per month for parking. Pets are not allowed as well.
Total conclusion - the place is good but overpriced.
