The doorman is very nice. The building is clean and the laundry room is nice. People are also friendly and the book lending area in the basement is also nice.

However, the single pane glass windows let A LOT of noise through. I live on the 7th floor and I can hear the AU students everytime there's a party down the street, thanks to the bus stop directly in front of the building. Also, for people on the back, the new generator is rather loud. If you have a neighbor with a good stereo bass system (even a moderate volume) don't plan on sleeping. Finally, they wait a bit too long to turn on the air-conditioning. Those of us on upper floors contend with 80 degree temps (even with windows open), once the outside temp reaches 70 and sunny.

Still a nice place to live, but if you have athsma and can't handle high indoor temps or if you don't like to hear neighbors music and conversations, keep looking. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
