This building was a good find for the location and price. The staff is polite and helpful, but there is no one working after 7 PM or on Sundays. The building is well maintained, although it you are a renter, the maintenance inside your apartment will depend largely on the quality of your landlord. Parking is easy if you can get a space in the lot or the garage, but street parking is always available within a block or two. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with an easy walk to stores and restaurants, but without living right next to them. It's about a 20-30 minute walk to the Georgetown University campus. The bus stop in front is convenient, although access to the Metro is a 10-15 minute bus ride away. I never hear my neighbors, but traffic noise on the Wisconsin Avenue side is constant. The average tenant seems to be either in his or her mid-to-late 20s, or his or her 60s.

This building isn't for those looking for luxury, but it is a great building for young singles and couples who want a quality apartment in a nice area.
