LOVE my place! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I looked at probably 10 - 15 apartments when moving to DC and this was by far the best place. As soon as I saw it I knew it was the place for me and I have never regretted it. It is a safe building, great tenants, responsive management and maintenence. Convenient location from the metro. The area does get its share of tourists but it is managable. Parking on the street is usually available.
