A longtime resident, I've always loved living here, and I still think it is nicer than many DC apartments. BUT I'm starting to notice some signs that the buiding management and maintenance are slipping. More than once over the past year, I have had to ask several times for maintenance requests, and have basically been ignored. When repeating my request, I am always treated nicely and assured the problems will be fixed, but still, nothing ever actually gets DONE! It is disappointing from what used to be an incredibly well-managed building, and I hope it's not a sign of worse to come.
