i don't reviews typically but i really do love this building and i'm trying to get several friends to move into the building -- friendly tenants and staff of all ages, and it's incredibly well maintained by max and lou who actually live in the building; and you can't beat the location

I don't agree at all that this building is well-maintained. It can take weeks or even months for problems to be repaired. Even more alarming, the maintenance workers and manager have been known to enter apartments (in non-emergencies) without the required 24-hour notice or without leaving notice as to why it was necessary to enter. Creepy.
