Great building and neighbors...VERY POOR MANAGEMENT

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
Pros: Neighborly; spacious apartments; great front desk staff; close to Metro; mostly quiet neighborhood
Cons: Very poor response to maintenance problems; manager is argumentative, unresponsive to problems, and even discourteous to residents; laundry room equipment is very old and regularly destroys clothing or is out of order; keep changing their cat/dog policy
Overall: It has great potential, but it's in serious need of new management
