Good Place to Live - I lived at 130 Webster Street, NW when I first moved to DC in 2001 until I got married in 2006. I really enjoyed my time at this apartment. The rent was very cheap for DC. When I left I was paying around $700 for a 1 bedroom plus a den with heat included. The apartment is a very good size for the price also.
