Park Connecticut

overpriced and quite awful. - Moved out a few months ago. THANK GOODNESS!!! Here goes: Parking is $160/month but the garage is very difficult to turn into unless you are driving a super compact vehicle, and the walls are scarred with black scratch marks on every corner where, so many other drivers have failed. Be prepared to have your inconsiderate neighbors park badly, take up more than one space and ding ...Full review of Park Connecticut

Looks Nice, But NOT Safe - When you move in, they make a big deal about having someone at the front desk 24 hours a day, but the side door has been broken for the past two months, at a time when crime is increasing in the neighborhood. I just have my friends meet me at the pool since anyone can go through that broken door. I guess someone else figured out the door was broken since we found the soda machine ...Full review of Flats at Dupont Circle

Hold your breath when you use the stairs - ...which will be often, since one of the elevators is always broken. The trash room downstairs is unbelievably potent, and while the laundry machines now work (kudos on that), the room always fills up with puddles of water. Location is excellent and the maintenance guy is a sweetheart, but the management is pretty worthless and doesn't know what he's talking about, but ...Full review of Burke Park

DO NOT MOVE HERE - I would not recommend anyone living in these apartments, and would not even give this building a 1 on the rating scale. There are numerous problems, and no one has EVER tried to repair any of them. The roaches and mice are the worst I have ever seen. The roaches are EVERYWHERE, even in the lobby. I contacted the management several times about their rodent problem, and no one has ...Full review of Petworth Station

Brunswick House! - I had a wonderful experience at the Brunswick House. Great location, plenty of space, and a great price. The building manager, Andy was fantastic!! He was friendly, helpful, and always available if you needed him. It was clear he cared about his tenants and their experience. He was also very environmentally conscientious, providing services such as monthly ...Full review of Brunswick House

Reality Check! This place is NOT about luxury. - I don't know who all are posting reviews, but I would like to share some genuine facts, comments, and criticisms: 1) The main indoor temperature controls are from the wall unit only. My bathroom has no fan and it gets very hot and sticky in the summer. I've had to buy an additional fan to cope with that. 2) Anyone who says this place is quiet is lying! Anyone can observe ...Full review of Park Monroe

A great slice of southeast! - I have lived in naylor gardens since feb of 2009. The location is convenient to the entire DMV. I can can get to Northern Va or downtown usually in 10-15 min with MD minutes away. The grounds are maintained routinely and buildings are as well. All utilities are included and apartments are pest free. My only concern going in was no central A/C. In the summer my one window unit did well and in the ...Full review of Naylor Gardens Apartments

Great place - I've been here for 3 years and am really happy...no bugs, cheap for the area, nice people, nice high ceilings and wooden floors. I live in a converted one bedroom with a roommate and don't feel cramped. The laundry area could be a little more up-to-date. Maintenance has always been friendly and timely. ...Full review of Highview / Castle Manor
