I agree with the comments that the walls are THIN!! I got used to it and thought that 3801 was ok. The location cannot be beat, but the apartment itself was very basic. Also, I paid the extra money to get a parking space in the garage & my car got broken into & my stereo stolen. You might just be better of taking your chances on the street!
