The best thing lately about "3801" is the rude, obnoxious, and retarded manager "David" is gone. I don't know the circumstances, but what a relief. He was a smart-alec, and very strange person. THANK YOU WRIT, for ridding this bldg. of him.
Overall, the location is great, within walking distance to the metro, and that means alot. I've lived here for years, and the residents seem to mind their own business. It's sad to see, that regular staff disappeared i.e (Elizabeth, Joy,Mshairi,Krista, and the office worker Ida) The new manager seems very nice.
The new renovations are horrible in color. The building now has a dark, gloomy appearance. The maintenace staff, are quick to repair any request, and very personable. Parking is awful, and the rental prices are extremely expensive.
I would recommend lot's of upgrades for the money. Don't use the sun deck, unless you want to be stung by bee's.
Quaility okay, price..NO., you will feel safe.
