Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
I loved 3801 when I moved it, but now the rent has gone up so much, and the management is unfriendly. They seem to be having trouble renting lately and it's no surprise. Part of it's not their fault - there's a building under construction next door - but the management would do well to cut everyone a break on the super high rent for studio apartments. I'm thinking of leaving since I could probably do better elsewhere.
