I do not recommend renting here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/24/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   I lived in an apartment in this building for a little over a year. I had several problems, and when I asked management to fix anything, they took their time. The building was not prepared for the moisture created by Rockcreek Park. My apartment developed a mold problem, and it grew on my leather shoes and wool winter coats. You pay an exorbitant amount of money for incompetance. When they had to pu new wallpaper on my bathroom walls, it was two different colors. I complained and when they fixed it, they left me the mess to clean up. In the summer my apartment was hot, in the winter, freezing. Save yourself a headache and stay away from this place. WRIT is one of the worst rental management companies I have ever see in my life.
