3801 has a nice ambience, and the location is good. Parking can be a problem on the street.
The maintenance (Pius) and porters are fantastic. Repairs are done timely, and someone is staffed at the front desk around the clock.
This is an old buildling, but you will love it here. All utilties are included, plus spacious laundry room.
If you are a single female, this is a safe place to call home.
