Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
Ok, so the staff can be VERY unresponsive to major issues such as air conditioning and elevators-two CONSTANT problems here, but overall, the maintenancce men responded to other issues very quickly, it is a really safe building, everyone is pretty friendly and the location is amazing. They keep raising the rent by ridiculous amounts each year, but if I could afford to, I would definately stay. As far as bugs, I have lived here two years and seen 2 roaches the entire time I've been here- pretty good track record, I'd say. As a young single gal, I feel really safe here.
