building is falling apart!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
In the last week, the laundry facilities stopped working (management claims it is not their responsibility to keep those up - they have an outside contractor whom residents must contact directly), the elevator got stuck (with people in it), and the air conditioning for the entire building stopped working for more than 48 hours (for the 3rd time this month)! It's a great location and neighbors seem great, but for what we're paying in rent, everything should work, and the management should be nice about it!
