Management has to be the worst in town. The apartments are decent but the apartment community just sucks. Dirty, noisy, and incompetent management.

Living here is like living in a college dormitory. You can find people running up and down the halls shouting to their friends at all hours. If you have bad neighbors, and complain, forget about getting help from management. Management is unwilling to enforce the noise policy and will tell you to call the police. Calling the police gets old and since this place won't evict these tenants you're screwed.

In addition, I find it completely disgusting that garbage is piled in the trash room to the ceiling and sits there for days. Maybe I'm just sensitive to mice and roaches. Grocery carts are left throughout the halls as are trash bags. Disgusting. Don't bother asking management to correct issues because in their words "there's nothing that they can do about the situation." Try pointing out that the lease requires them to fix things and you're told otherwise.

If you don't have pets, don't worry. You can adopt the roaches and mice that live here. There probably wouldn't be pest issues if other residents weren't pigs but unfortunately, common courtesy does not exist in this building. It started out as a decent place but after two years here, I'm so done.
