Spare yourself a headache and don't live here. The postings talking about roaches and mice are true. We found mice under our couch. The place smells bad all the time. The washers/dryers never work and when they do, they're never available. 7 or so washers for 9 floors'' There's no roof top terrace as described in the brochure- can live without this but don't promse things that don't exist. The walls are paper thin and we can't ever get any peace. We moved here without viewing the place first and are kicking ourselves. Cannot wait until our lease is up. Location is great but that's all it has going for it. Plus, manager is the most incompetent, unresponsive person ever. We asked for a leak to be fixed and couldn't get anyone to come out for over a week. I guess the manager thinks it's ok to lie to people in order to get them to shut up. Stay away from this place -it's just awful. for a 100 bucks more you can get a much nicer place -pool, gym, business office- down the street.
