Eh. Not bad, over-priced.

The apartment itself is great. I haven't had any issues really. The previous post regarding moving in is accurate. They are VERY strict when it comes to stuff like moving in (only 9-5 and you must reserve spots). Otherwise, the maintenance staff is ok, the ppl that work in the lobby are great as well as MOST of the staff in the leasing office. There is a tenants association which is serious (this is a great thing, coming from a building that didn't have one). I haven't had any issues with noisy neighbors or anything. The windows in the apts are thin and lets in a lot of noise.
Its definitely over-priced. I have a studio and pay about 1200. Its probably worth 1050-1100/mo. But, the neighborhood is great, the location to metro and grocery is pretty good.
It comes down to this: Do you really want to live in cleveland park' If so, this building is a great location and the cheapest you'll probably find on Connecticut.
