This is the most unprofessionally-run place I have ever lived. I consistently have not been given copies of lease agreements, statements, or receipts for my rent until MONTHS later or not at all. They gave me a parking space, but failed to give me a functioning remote control, so I was stranded with nowhere to park the car I brought down all the way from Pennsylvania because they said I had a place. Then, when they did get me a new remote for the garage, I found out that they had given me someone else's parking space. When he returned the front desk slapped this big red sticker on my windshield saying "VIOLATION" that I can't get off. Now I have to drive around like this after having paid $170 for a parking space that I was only able to use for two weeks.
Some of the staff are nice, but they are generally incompetent and rude. I've had no problem with noise or vermin, but then again, I live on the 7th floor. It's overpriced for what it is. And though I've been told I can get a lower rate if I sign a year contract, which I agreed to, I can't get anyone in the office to actually make a new contract. It's more frustration than it's worth.
