Not bad

I've lived in a studio and in a one bedroom apartment in this building.
Pros:
1. Front desk staff over all pretty nice and helpful (Helps to get to know them a little and talk to them. They are more willing to go above and beyond if you have a friendly relationship)
2. Laundry room was just renovated (all new washers and dryers)
3. Rooms are fairly spacious
Studio - It was a bit bigger than any other place I could find in this area.
1 Bed Room - It is a pretty nice size (very open).
4. Large windows (full wall of large windows). It can be pretty nice if you are over looking the park
5. The security is pretty good.
6. Maintenance is fairly consistence and always checking in.
7. It is nice that utilities are included.
8. There are some renovated apartments with new fixtures (only a couple see cons section).
9. I haven't had a bug problem.
Cons:
1. I've had two situations with mice (both taken care of fairly quickly)
2. Walls connected to the hall way are paper thin (overall kind of thin).
3. When your neighbors turn on their shower it can be loud. We can also hear the toilet being flushed or used from the apartment on one side and above us.
4. Most apartments including the studio I lived in had 70s style appliances and had a 70s style in general.
5. Some of the staff usually the ones in the very late hours are completely incompetent (most are great though).
6. Utilities are included but you don't control when the heat or AC are turned on. The AC isn't usually turned on until 3 weeks into it getting hot.
7. My studio was on the park so I didn't hear any of the traffic but my 1 bedroom is on the park and on Connecticut and traffic can be loud. So traffic noise completely depends on apartment location.
8. One of the ladies who works in the lease office can be very difficult to work with.
I will note I do not own a car so have never dealt with the parking garage or even been in it.
