I've lived in 3883 Conn Ave for a year now and have to look back an laugh at how much money I threw away in rent. The location and views are great but construction and rent are poor. The dishwasher scrapes against a cabinet just to open it, the stackable washer and dryer are small and door knob hits the unit every time you turn the handle, bathroom-closet-bedroom doors don't stay open because they didn't bother to use a balance when installing them. I think this place is one of the better places to live in the Cleveland Park area, but only because its modern. Rent just went up and I'm moving. Maybe they are trying to get as much money as possible now, while its still modern, because when that apeal expires there isn't much else that justifies the cost.
