Very bad service

Before signing a lease here, please consider the very poor service received by this current (soon-to-be-leaving) renter.
While we've noticed that the staff is very responsive and courteous to prospective renters in the lobby, they do not extend this service to their current renters.
Consider this: Clark Realty front desk staff that (if/when they raise their eyes to acknowledge your presence) are put out in having to answer your questions or help you obtain packages. Many questions are met with an accusing assumption (that you were somehow to blame for equipment repair needs). Frequent entries into your apt for inspections and maintenance work. And ironically, a lack of responsiveness in attending to simple maintenance issues.
I'm willing to put up with the cheap carpet and fixtures that are really typical of most apts, but can do without the unresponsive, snotty treatment.
