4 year resident - I lived here for 4 years. There were indeed some growing pains. The staff changes constantly and when I left the company had gone to contracting everyone. Overall the apartment was still a great find. If you neighbor smokes you will smell it through the vents. There are some students in the bldg that have a tendency to get loud.
